International Antifouling VC Offshore High Performance 0,75Lt Blue
VC Offshore EU is an antifouling effective even in areas of high fouling conditions, suitable for sailboats and motorboats. Dries quickly to form a hard and smooth film of paint, easy to clean and provides excellent scrubbability.
Smooth finish for improved speed performances and efficiency.
Film of paint: hard and easy to sand - ideal for racing boats and speed boats. Fast and easy application. Does not require sanding between coats and dries quickly between coats.
APPLICATION AND USE:
VC OFFSHORE: Wash thoroughly with freshwater
OTHER ANTIFOULING: Verify the condition.
NATURAL FIBERGLASS: Use VC General Thinner to clean and completely degrease surfaces. Lightly sand with 240 sandpaper. Rinse with freshwater and allow to dry. Use VC Tar2 as primer and protection against osmosis.
STEEL: Priming with VC Tar2 to prevent corrosion.
LEAD: Prime with VC Tar2.
WOOD: Prime with Primocon.
Mixing: Stir well before use. Pour the dry contents (contained in the plastic cap) in the tin. Shake and stir well.
Cleaning solvent YTA600 VC General Thinner
Airless spray pressure: 176-210 bar. Nozzle diameter: 1880-2180.
Conventional spray pressure: 2-3 bar. Nozzle diameter: 1,5-1,8 mm.
Other: For Airmix spray application: Pressure. 2 bar. Nozzle diameter: 20-113.
The true color will appear after immersion. It is important to apply a quantity based on the indications of the spreading rate, possibly with an extra coat. It is also very important to respect the thickness advised in order to have the intended result. To prevent a bad result, make sure you apply the correct quantity of paint (see spreading rate). The product temperature should between a minimum of 5°C and a maximum of 35°C. The ambient temperature should be between a minimum of 5°C and a maximum of 35°C. The surface temperature should be between 1°C above dew point and a maximum of 35°C.
Fiberglass, Wood, Steel/Iron, Lead. Not suitable for use on Aluminum/light alloys or zinc-plated surfaces.
Number of coats:
Apply 2 coats per season. Apply an extra coat on areas that are subjected to greater wear such as helms, sterndrives, keels, walk areas, etc.

Dry film thickness: Per coat, recommended 30 microns, dry - roller application
Wet film thickness: Per coat, recommended 83 microns, wet - roller application
